Day to Day Travel Slate:

Day 1:

After your arrival at the Kochi airport, there will be a meet and greet with our representative. You will then report to thecoach and check in to the hotel. Called as the Queen of the Arabian Sea, the city has a long history of influence from Arab, Dutch, Phoenician, Portuguese, Chinese and British cultures. Here you will enjoy the live performance of the traditional dance of Kathakali, a classical dance form with extensive and colorful clothing. You will go shopping in your free time. Your night stay will be in Kochi.

Day 2:

Next morning, you will spend your day sightseeing places like the St. Francis Church, Dutch Palace,and Jewish Synagogue. With a history that dates back to the 16th century, St. Francis Church is one of the most distinguished historical monuments in Kochi. After that, you will go for a harbour cruise ride and witness the Chinese Fishing Nets.You will be transferred to Munnar in the later of the day. Set at an altitude of 6000ft, Munnar is a haven of peace and serenity. You will check-in at the hotel and rest for the night.

Day 3:

After a scrumptious breakfast, you will visit the Mattupetty Dam. Located in the Idukki district, Mattupetty Lake is a perennial lake thatnever dries up, and you will enjoy an adventurous boat ride here. You will next visit the beautiful sprawling tea gardens surrounding the very serene hills of Munnar. Connected with the tea gardens is the magnificent national park, Eravikulam, which offers a spectacular view of the hills and a peekinto the protected wildlife of the area.This wildlife park, famous for the natural habitat of NilgiriTahr, will be your next destination.Here, visitors are allowed only to the specific tourism area of Rajamala. You will rest for the night at the hotel.

Day4:

The next morning, you will travel from Munnar to Periyar(Thekkady). Hosting the largest Tiger reserve in the country, Periyar is a sight to cherish. With picturesque waterfalls, the city is simply beautiful. After your arrival, you will be able to go shopping in the nearby Kumily Spice Village. With a wide range of assortment of spices, the market is the perfect place for the chef in you.

Day5:

The next morning, you will get on a boat and visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary via PeriyarLake. The sanctuary is well maintained and teeming with life and will be your adventurous destination. After that, you will be moved toAlleppy. Officially called Alappuzha, Alleppey is well known for its wide network of interlinking canals called backwaters. Here you will check-in a Houseboat, which is undoubtedly the best way one can explore Kerala.

Day6:

The next day, you will be transferred to Kovalam by a Houseboat. Your journey will begin from Alleppy and end at Kovalam, where after your arrival,you will check-in at a hotel for a goodnight’s sleep.

Day7:

After a scrumptious breakfast,you will explore the town of Kovalam.Kovalam is a favourite haunt of tourists and will provide you with ample leisure options like sunbathing, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programmes, and catamaran cruising. Here you will also be able to pamper your tastebuds with uniqueand delectable seafood. You will then return to the hotel at night to relieve your tiredness. You will also visit the nearby beautiful city of Trivandrum, where you will easily be able to spend your day visiting exciting places like the Napier Museum, the Sri Chitra Art Gallery, and the Padmanabhaswamy Temple.

Day 8:

On the last day, the Kerala tour package, you will begin the return journey for home through Trivandrum and come back with some inspiring and beautiful memories.
