Terms & Conditions:

The Booking

All contracts offered are by Dreamland Escapes Pvt. Ltd. The contract exists between the company and the traveller (you) upon confirmation of the tour of choice and once the booking form is signed along with deposits. All sections of the form must be carefully read and completely filled. Only booking forms with all relevant information and signature will be accepted as it establishes that the travelling party has accepted the company's terms and conditions and are undertaking the contract.

Deposit

As soon as you complete the booking form and sign the contract, an amount of 50% of the tour cost per person will have to be deposited to the company.

Payments

An advance payment of 50% has to be made to hold the booking with confirmation for the contracted services. The rest of the amount has to be deposited a minimum of 10 days before the date of departure for Domestic and 20 days before leaving the country in case of international tours. The company has full right to decide the amount for advance payments depending on the nature and commencement of the services. For booking resorts/villas during tourist seasons (Christmas and New Year) or special train journeys, the full advance payment will have to be deposited.

Cancellations

If any traveller or a member of the travelling party wishes to cancel the holiday, they will have to notify the company in writing. The date of cancellation will be recorded as the date on which Dreamland Escapes Pvt. Ltd. receives the notice. As cancellation incurs administrative and retention charges by hotels, thus the charges claimed will be applicable as follows:

  • Number of days before departure Amount of Cancellation charges.
  • More than 28 Days Deposit only.
  • 27-14 Days 50% of the Tour Cost.
  • 13-07 Days 75% of the Tour Cost.
  • 06 Days or less 100% of the Tour Cost.
  • Please Note: Cancellations charge for Air tickets will be as per Airlines Policy. **Service Charges will be applicable.
Refunds

Based on the cancellation policy, a refund of the amount is to be initiated as per the following rules and conditions:

  • Refund requests typically need to be made within a specific time frame as per cancellation norms.
  • The refund amount may vary based on the fare type, route, and time of cancellation.
  • The time of the refund process will depend on the particular service providers to whom the reservation was confirmed (e.g., Hotel management or Transport service providers in terms of a land package, Airlines, Railways, Cruise, Coach/Bus service providers/owners).
  • Processing times for refunds can range from a few days to several weeks.
  • Credit to the customer’s bank account will be initiated after processing the refund with the principal service providers as per their particular policy; it may take 10 to 15 working days to complete the process.
Liability

Dreamland Escapes Pvt. Ltd. does not own or have control over hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. Thus, as an operator of the package tour, the company cannot be held liable.

Where there has been no mistake on the part of the company, supplier or agents.

The company is not responsible for the failures in the performance of the contract that is accountable to the customer.

The company is not responsible for the failures caused by a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday.

The company is not responsible for the failures due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond control.

The company is not responsible where the failures because of an event that even the traveller or supplier, with all due care, could not foresee or foretell.

The company takes all reasonable steps to ensure the maintenance of standards promised and provide a service that is satisfactory to the passengers. All information published by the company on this website has been compiled with adequate care and is accurate to the best of knowledge.

Complaint

Dreamland Escapes Pvt. Ltd. tries to provide all travellers availing our services with a memorable and safe holiday. Despite all arrangements, once in a while, things might not go as planned. If such occasions arise or should any of the travellers have any complaints, they are requested to inform the tour manager immediately and the company will do everything in its capacity to resolve it. If you are still not content with the solution, then you can write to the company notifying us within 28 days of the end of that tour.Complaints reported beyond the stipulated period will affect the investigationand hence the outcome of the issue. Any further disputes between clients (travellers) and Dreamland Escapes Pvt. Ltd. will be governed by Jurisdiction in India.

Early Check-in / Late Check -out

Please note that the standard check-in / Check-out time is as per the hotel's policy, and the company has no control over it. Therefore, the cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour cost. Although the company can surely request for early check-in or a late check-out if required, it cannot be guaranteed. The final decision will rest entirely upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year, and availability of rooms.

Extra Uses of our Vehicle

Please note that the cost of the vehicles (cab /coaches with the driver) does not include the extra usage of vehicles like after transfer or after sightseeing, until and unless it is specifically mentioned in the itinerary of that tour or package.

After the commencement of a tour, it will strictly go as per the finalized itinerary. In case of events and circumstances that are beyond the company's control, we reserve the right to change all or some parts of the contents of the itinerary for the safety and welfare of our esteemed travellers.

Surcharge

Please note that the price of the travel arrangements is subject to surcharges in case of a sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare or any other taxes levied by the government. In such scenarios, the company will try to absorb an amount of 2% but if the amount exceeds over 2% there will be a surcharge.

Our Liability

Dreamland escapes Pvt. Ltd accepts the liability for those holiday/tour arrangements which are completely under our control and therefore, accepts liability for any negligence of our employees towards clients (travellers).

However, we would like to draw attention to certain circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where we are not prepared to accept liability. They are as follows:

  1. The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever, be liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or theft howsoever caused.
  2. Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility for the client or anyone else travelling with him howsoever caused.
  3. Dreamland escapes Pvt. Ltd is unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, the reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and seaports, and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
