Day to Day Travel Slate:

Day1:

Upon your arrival at Amritsar Airport/ Railway Station, you will check-in at the hotel. After some rest, you will pay a visit to the Golden Temple in its most pristine hour with the sun reflecting through the temple. The Golden Temple is the central religious temple for the Sikhs and a universal symbol for harmony and brotherhood. Your next destination for the day will be to the historic JallianwalaBagh with its history of colonial rule. Your overnight stay will be at Amritsar.

Day2:

Next morning, you will proceed towards Dalhousie. The town, with its old-world charm and pine-clad valleys, is a beauty to behold. After your arrival, you will check-in at the hotel. Your day will be occupied with a visit to Subhas Chowk and Gandhi Chowk. The bustling and colorful streets of Gandhi Chowk are home to unique handicrafts ranging from the Tibetan market to Himachal Handloom and Craft Centre. Your overnight stay will be at Dalhousie.

Day3:

After a scrumptious breakfast, you will go for a visit to Khajjiar and Chamba. Often referred to as ‘mini-Switzerland of India,’Khajjiar is a beautiful town surrounded by green meadows and lush green forests. With variousadventure sports options like paragliding, horse riding, and trekking, and with many temples, the city is the perfect spot to unwind for both the adventurer and the spiritual in you. By afternoon, you will have a drive back to Dalhousie for an overnight stay.

Day4:

Next morning, after breakfast, you will proceed towards Dharamshala. After your arrival, you will check-in at the hotel. You will spend the day relaxing at your leisure and exploring your surroundings. Your overnight stay will be at Dharamshala.

Day5:

After breakfast, your day will begin with a visit to the Bhagsunath Temple. Highly revered among the Gorkha community, the temple is famous for two pools that are believed to have healing properties. Decorated with colorful temple flags, Dalai Lama Monastery, and its serene ambiance will be your next destination. Tsuglagkhang Complex, a monastic village, home to Dalai Lama, is an exciting place to visit for the tourists and the pilgrims. Here, you can visit the Namgyal café, the Tibetan Museum, and the Kalachakra Temple with its captivating mandalas and statues. Your overnight stay will be at Dharamshala.

Day6:

Next morning, you will proceed towards Amritsar. Upon your arrival, you will check-in at the hotel. After some breakfast, you will proceed towards Attari-Wagah Border to watch the flag-lowering ceremony. The Attari-Wagah border is a crossing between India and Pakistan, known for its Beating Retreat ceremony, held each evening as the border closes. Here, among the crowds of patriotic Indians, you will see the high spirits of our soldiers. Your overnight stay will be at Amritsar.

Day7: 

Early morning, you will prepare for your return journey home with fond memories of your adventure.
