People often visit the cities New Delhi, Jaipur, Pushkar, Chittorgarh, or Udaipur to walk along the lanes of the history of our country.One of the firstdestinations of this trip and as soon as you enter Rajasthan will be Jaipur. Jaipur, very popularly called the “Pink City,”is known for its grand Palaces and the magnificent Lakes. The Light and Sound Show at Amber Fort is a delight to watch. Mt. Abu, one of the places that you will visit on this trip, is the only hill station of Rajasthan. Its cool weather makes it a favorite spot for tourists, and the Dilwara Temples located there along with the Nakki Lake boat ride amidst the serene ambiance make this destination so charming. In this trip, you will also visit Udaipur’s City Palace that stands at the banks of Lake Pichola and is an extraordinary sight of Royal Beauty. This vacation will be one of the most cherishable and extraordinary ones of your life.
Day to Day Travel Slate:
Day1:
On your arrival at the Delhi Airport or Railway station, you will be welcomed by our representatives. After Check-in at the hotel, you will proceed for sightseeing of Delhi. Delhi is the capital of India, and it has a lot of important structures and monuments. The first places to be covered are Rajghat and Shantibana, the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, respectively. After the sacred visit, you will head to the famous Jama Masjid, which is one of ” ’India’s largest Mosques and then drive past Red Fort, which is also a historic fort as it was the area of residence for the Mughal Emperors. Shah Jahan built both the architectural brilliance. We will also come across Chandni Chowk on our way. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day2:
You will start your day with a delicious breakfast, and then check-out from the hotel, to begin a guided sightseeing tour of Delhi. You will visit some of the majestic architectural structures like Qutub Minar in South Delhi, which is the tallest minaret. Next, you will visit India Gate, the War Memorial Arch, standing tall at Rajpath. And then proceed to the extraordinary Lotus Temple, which is a popular tourist attraction along with the traditional Laxmi Narayan Temple. Towards the end of the day, you will proceed to Jaipur with a 5 hours ride for 275 km. After reaching, you will check-in to the hotel. Relax and overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day3:
Today, you will get ready early in the morning for sightseeing in the Pink city, Jaipur. The places to visit will be Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Jantar Mantar. Hawa Mahal, also known as “The Palace of Winds,” literally gets its name because it is airy all the time due to the many windows of the Palace. Next, you will proceed to the Amer area, where the majestic Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh Fort stands. The world’s largest canon can be seen in the Jaigarh Fort.After lunch, you will take rest and get ready for activities in the evening. In the evening, we will go for a tour of the Birla Temple, Albert Hall, Hawa Mahal, and Jal Mahal. The Jal Mahal is a unique palace that is half underwater and half above the Lake. Towards the end of the day, you will attend the mesmerizing light and sound show at Amber Fort and then proceed to Chokhi Dhani to attend a cultural program with dinner. With that, you will return to the hotel for an overnight stay at Jaipur.
Day4:
After breakfast today, you will check-out from the hotel early morning and proceed to Pushkar. It is one of the oldest cities and is renowned for the fairs and festivities held there. With a journey of 150 Km for 3 hours, you will reach the destination. On arrival at Pushkar, you will first visit the Pushkar Lake, Brahma temple, Savitri temple, and Man Mahal. Pushkar Lake is a very sacred pilgrimage site, and devotees from all over the country visit this Lake. The Brahma and Savitri Temples are dedicated to Lord Brahma and Goddess Savitri, respectively. The annual Pushkar Camel Fair held here in the Ajmer District of Rajasthan is exceptionally famous. After the devotional tour for the day, you will return to the hotel for an overnight stay at Pushkar.
Day5:
Early in the morning after a healthy breakfast, you will head towards Chittorgarh with a 120 Km ride, which will take almost 2.5 hours to reach. On your arrival, you will check-in at the hotel, and get ready to visit the impressive Chittorgarh Fort, whose construction is said to have been started by Bheem, one of the Pandav brothers from Mahabharata. Next, we will visit the Rana Kumbha Palace, Kirti Palace, Fateh Prakash Palace Museum, and Ratan Singh Palace. Although the Rana Kumbha Palace is in ruins, it is still a place of great historical significance. The Fateh Prakash Palace served as the residentialPalace of the Royal Family, and the Ratan Singh Palace was their winter palace. In the evening, you can spend your time shopping, which will be followed by dinner with local cuisine. Overnight stay at Chittorgarh.
Day6:
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Udaipur with a 110 Km long journey. Udaipur is enveloped by the Aravalli Hills and is very popular for its enchanting Lakes. After 2.5 hours, when you reach and check-in at the hotel to take some rest. In the afternoon, you can take a blissful boat tour on the picturesque Lake Pichola, and admire the Royal Heritage buildings leaning over the Lake. The scenic view of the sunset is truly charming. From the Lake, you have a fantastic view of the City Palace that stretches along with the East Bank, while the south bank has pleasant gardens running down the waterside. Overnight stay at the hotel in Udaipur.
Day7:
You will start your day early by visiting some of the mostexcitingplaces in Udaipur. You will initiate the trip with the City Palace, which stands by the bank of Lake Pichola and also has a museum preserving the significant antics. Then you will visit the Sajjangarh Palace, Fateh Sagar Lake, and Eklingji Temple. After that, you will explore the Vintage Car Museum, which has a collection of classic cars owned by the various rulers of Udaipur. Next, you will go to the popular Jaisamand Lake, which is the second-largest man-made Lake in Asia. The Jag Mandir Palace, our next spot, is located on an island of Lake Pichola, and this Palace is said to be the inspiration for the Taj Mahal. After this, you will enjoy the greenery and fresh air amidst the different gardens that you will head to. You will begin with the Doodh Talai Musical Garden, Jagdish Temple, Gulab Bagh, and Zoo. Shaheliyon ki Bari, which is another favorite tourist spot, was meant for the women in the earlier times and had a serene ambiance with fountains and a lotus pond. Our last destination Shilpgram is a village that is a living museum, exhibiting the folk lifestyle of the local people and their rural arts and crafts. At the end of the day, you will visit Hath Pol Bazar, followed by Bara Bazar, for some shopping. Overnight stay will be at Udaipur.
Day8:
After early morning breakfast at the hotel, you will head towards Mt. Abu. Mt. Abu is the only hill station of the State and is an enjoyable location amidst the dry desert climate. It will be a journey of 170 Km for 3 hours. On your arrival, check-in at the hotel at Mt. Abu, take a little rest, and begin your sightseeing by visiting Achalgarh village, where the extraordinary Achalgarh Fort is located. Next, we will visit the Mt. Abu Wildlife Sanctuary, which is a delight for bird watchers as it consists of a varied species of birds as well as animals.Then you will proceed towards the famous Dilwara temples, which are made of white marbles and looks spectacularly perfect. We will then move on to our last two destinations, Arbuda Devi Templeand Guru Shikhar. Overnight stay at Mt. Abu.
Day9:
Today, you will spend the entire day at leisure at the Nakki Lake. The lake is surrounded by greenery and gives a spectacular view of Mt. Abu. The calm and serene ambiance makes a person long for more time by the Lake. After the blissful day, you can do some shopping in the evening and then return to the hotel for anovernight stay at Mt. Abu.
Day10:
Early morning after breakfast, you will check-out from the hotel and proceed to Ahmedabad with a 230 Km journey for 4.5 hours. Then you will prepare to return home and get transferred to the airport or railway station for your journey with a camera full of captured memories.
