Day to Day Travel Slate:

Day 1:

After flying to Bangalore, you will travel for another 3hrs (144kms) and reach Mysore. The capital city of the Kingdom of Mysore, Mysuru, or Mysore is the second most populated city of Karnataka. It is now the Cultural Capital of the state with many remarkable and grand heritage monuments.
There you will check into your hotel and relax. Later you will go out to the local sightseeing around the city. You will start with the St. Philomena’s Church, followed by the famous Brindavan Gardens and enjoy the light and sound waterfall show there. At night you will come back to the hotel to spend the night in Mysore.

Day 2:

The next morning you will cover the rest of the tourist spots of the city. Your tour will begin with the visit to the Karanji Lake, followed by the Chamundi Hills Bull Statue. The tour will continue with the Mysore Palace or the Amba Vilas Palace, which is the most exquisite heritage site of the city. After lunch, your trip will resume with the visit to the Lalitha Mahal and the famous Railway Museum. You will have the evening free to indulge in some shopping and to explore the local markets. You will spend the night in Mysore.

Day 3:

In the morning after breakfast, you will be on your way to Ooty. It is a 3hrs journey from Mysore. Ooty, also is known as Udhagamandalam, is a picturesque town located amidst the mystic Blue Mountains and is often referred to as the ‘Queen of the Nilgiris’. There you will check into your hotel and later go around the town exploring some of the tourist spots. You will visit the Ooty and the Emerald Lakes. You will also go to the Ooty Rose Garden, and if possible, you will also cover the Avalanche Lake. In the evening you will come back to the hotel and spend the night in Ooty.

Day 4:

The next day you will embark on a day-long journey and cover the rest of the sites in Ooty. You will visit the Pykara Lake and the Pykara Falls, the Doddabetta Peak, and the Upper Bhavani Lake. In the evening you will be free to do some shopping and spend the night in Ooty.

Day 5:

After having your breakfast, you will head to Coonoor for the day. Coonoor is a small and quiet town located amid the Nilgiri Hills. The place is a famous hiking spot. It also offers marvellous mountain views and tea estates. There you will explore Sim’s Park and soak in the scenic beauty of Coonoor from the Dolphin’s Nose Viewpoint. Your tour will continue with the Ketti Valley, Hidden Valley, and the Lamb’s Rock. Later you will get some time to do some shopping from Coonoor. In the evening you will come back to Ooty and spend the night there.

Day 6:

After an early breakfast, you will travel to Bangalore and spend the last day of your tour in this vibrant city.

Day 7:

The next morning you will head to the airport to return home after a week-long memorable vacation.
