Day to Day Travel Slate:

Day1:

On your arrival at Godkhali, you will be received by our representatives and transferred by boat with all the basic necessities. You will then proceed to the resort for lunch. After that, you will head to the Pakhir Jungle, also known as the Bird’s Island, where you can observe and click varied species of colorful birds. The next stop will be Sunset Viewpoint, which offers a spectacular sight reflecting the color-changing sky in the water. Then return to the resort adjacent to the Tiger Reserve Area, where you will relish your evening snacks with tea/coffee. You will also enjoy an exclusive Cultural Program and then prepare for dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

Day2:

After breakfast today, you will visit the Sajnekhali Museum, which elaborates on the various species of flora and fauna found in the Sundarbans and the lifestyle of the people. Then you will shift to the Mangrove Interpretation Center, where you will learn details about the Mangrove forests. The next stop will be Watch Tower, from where you will witness the world’s largest Mangrove Forest, running wild across the rivers. From the watchtower, you can spot the Royal Bengal Tiger and other wildlife such as crocodiles, wild boars, spotted deer, water monitor lizards, kingfisher, or some unique species of birds. You will also explore this natural habitat through the other popular Watch Towers like Sudhanyakhali, Dobanki, Panchamukhani, Pirkhali, Gajikhali by boat. Your lunch will also be served on the boat. After the unique and informative day of spotting wildlife and visiting the museum, you will spend your evening relaxing and enjoying the local Cultural Program along with delicious snacks and tea/coffee. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the resort.

Day3:

Today, after breakfast, you will spend the day interacting with the inhabitants and hearing exciting stories from the local fishermen, honey collectors, woodcutters, and others. Then, soon after lunch, you will proceed towards Kolkata for your return journey, with memories of an exciting trip and a camera full of pictures.
