Day to Day Travel Slate:
Day1:
On your arrival at the NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, you will drive for 4.5 hours to reach Borong, a distance of 135 Km. You will then check-in to a luxurious resort and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Next, you can go around exploring local villages and read books amidst nature. Enjoy the delicious food at the resort, and have a comforting overnight stay at Borong.
Day2:
: After a filling breakfast, you can do the following activities go for a walk in the local village or a lazy stroll alongside jungle trails. Then, hike up to the waterfalls or hot water springs located in Rangit River Valley. Borong is a bird lover’s paradise, and the resort will make arrangements for a bird watching trip with local people. Tasting and learning about Sikkimese cuisines can be another beautiful experience in this trip where you can eat and prepare traditional Sikkimese cuisines from the best organic vegetables that are locally grown. You will also visit famous tourist spots like Tathagat Tsal, a visit to the Silver falls Barmeloy Bridge, the Rayong Monastery, Temi Tea Garden, Ravangla etc.
Day3:
After your delightful breakfast at the resort, you will proceed to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your return journey with a lot of memories and pictures to cherish.
