Overview:
The Andaman Islands are an Indian Archipelago consisting of about 300 small islands spread across the Bay of Bengal. This Indian union territory is a dream place with white sand beaches, surrounded by mangrove and tropical rainforests. Supported by Coral reefs, you can enjoy different activities like diving and snorkeling at the North Bay, which make the Andaman Islands an ideal destination for water sports lovers. You can take educational walks to different museums and a historical stroll around the ruins at Ross Island. Still, mostly, your trip will be spent relaxing onthe Havelock and the famous Radhanagar Beaches, soaking in the sun and the natural beauty engulfing the Andaman Islands.
Day to Day Travel Slate:
Day1:
After your arrival, our representative will receive you at Veer SavarkarAirport, Port Blair, and will escort you to the hotel; he will also assist you with the hotel check-in formalities. After check-in and relaxation, you will be visiting the following places:
- Samudrika Museum.
- Anthropological Museum.
- Chatham Sawmill.
- Fisheries Museum.
- Your day will end with a sound and light show at the Cellular Jail.
Day2:
After breakfast, you will be accompanied to the Andaman Water Sports Complex. You will have to catch a ferry, which will be your mate for the entire excursion to Ross Island and North Bay. The Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Island, formerly known as the Ross Island, attracts tourists because of its historical ruins. Apart from the panoramic landscapes offered by North Bay Island, the place also offers different water sports activities, which you can enjoy, or you can also spend your time just relaxing on the beach and soaking in some of the Vitamin D amidst the natural beauty.
Day3:
In the morning, you will be visiting the Phoenix Bay Harbour to board the M.V.Makruzz or the government ferry, which will take you to Havelock Island. The island is officially called Swaraj Dweep, which is one of the largest islands on the east of Great Andaman, marked by rocky sections and tree lines all around. At the harbor, our representative will receive you and will lead you to your hotel. You will have the rest of the day to yourself for any other activities.
Day4:
On the following day, after checking out from the hotel, you will be visiting the Radhanagar Beach, which is Asia’s 7th most beautiful beach giving out tropical vibes. At Radhanagar Beach, you can go swimming or just dip your feet in the cold water and admire the serene beauty all around you. In the evening, you will be escorted back safely to Port Blair.
Day5:
On the last day, you will be transferred to Port Blair airport from the hotel for your journey back home, carrying all the precious memories of the trip in your mind.
